Omar Abou EL Maati is a Swiss (Zurich) based photographer. He was attracted by photography since early age as a viewer and as a photographer. First, he was mainly interested in documentary photography ranging from reportage capturing reality and telling a story to pictures showing the most exotic and beautiful places in the world. Today, his work encompasses a wide range of areas, including Fashion, Portrait, Landscape & Cityscapes and Reportage.
Omar Abou El Maati has exposed his work twice at photoSchweiz which is the largest photo retrospective in Switzerland. Moreover, he worked as an accredited photographer at high profile events such as the Locarno Film Festival, Snow Polo World Cup St. Moritz or the Zurich Film Festival.
